Ave Maria FL Town Amenities

Ave Maria FL has two large community parks and a water park. These parks are private for the exclusive use of town residents and their guests. The parks are maintained by the Ave Maria Master Association.

Nothing else compares with the Ave Maria Park system in the Naples FL area, where so many residents have such easy and close access to a private park system. It's a very family or grandchildren friendly feature. The parks have soccer and baseball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, concession stands, playgrounds, restrooms, picnic style Pavilions and many different types of scheduled activities for all ages. There is a 1.5-acre dog park that has separate areas for large and small dogs.

The Ave Maria water park has both fitness and resort-style pools, water aerobics, volleyball, kid's pool, concessions and water slides. 

The Ave Maria fitness center is in the town square and is also assessable to all residents of Ave Maria. There is no fee to use the Fitness center, it is a town benefit. Once a resident signs up at the Ave Maria Master Association they are issued an entry card to gain access.

The fitness center has all the fitness equipment, weights and machines you would expect - rowing machines, treadmills, elliptical bicycles, aerobic room, etc. 

Many residents in the town have access to different fitness centers as part of their separate neighborhood. As such, the town fitness center is not overly busy.

There is an event room that is used for town-related meetings and updates. It is also used by various clubs in the town (arts and crafts, travel club, etc.)

The event room can be reserved by residents for private gatherings, meetings and parties for a nominal fee.
