Welcome and thanks for visiting my Guide to the National G & CC at Ave Maria FL.
A short visit to Naples FL in 2002 led to a permanent move from Minneapolis in December that year. As a self-employed consultant with a CPA, business planning, and marketing background, I decided that becoming a real estate agent would be a good fit for me, and it has been.
Experience
I work with both Sellers and Buyers, for over 20 years. As such I have worked with a very diverse group of buyers, interested in many different property types, from condos, to estate homes, to affordable housing, to homes with acres.
If you are looking for a real estate agent to help you with a home purchase or list a home, you are at the right place. You have found an experienced Realtor who is very knowledgeable about the Ave Maria and Naples Florida area real estate market.
I enjoy real estate and have personally owned over a dozen different properties in the Naples area including condos, single family homes, pre-construction purchases and homes build in the 1970s. I liked them all. Purchases have been for my own use (I have lived in 10 different Naples' area locations) and included several purchases for investment. As such I am very familiar with the benefits and disadvantages of the many different area neighborhoods.
Not All Agents are the Same
The local Realtor Board has approximately 5,000 Realtors. The Naples Area Board of Realtors has been at that level of practicing Realtors for years. But with a large turnover in agents each year. Some make it, many do not. Around 50% of Realtors in the Naples area have either one or no transactions in any year.
If someone has a Florida real estate license, that means they can sell real estate anywhere in the state of Florida. It does not mean they are knowledgeable or experienced. You can be assured that your home listing or purchase process will be most successful and hassle free with an agent that is knowledgeable and experienced.
“Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world.”
